Plug is wet when I pull it but almost looks like it has water drops on it?could it have water/condensation in motor? I know nothing about these scoots,it looks really cheap to me,but you say they have a very good motor eh? So basically it is what it is but has a good motor.I told them that I would ride to death and vac line on carb and petcock is plugged too. The chain drive had horrible acceleration but it still was a fun first scoot. I loved my old QingQi and although it was a rattletrap, the engine was very reliable. So to replace oil line I need to take off cvt cover and trace it back?I am hoping to have time tonight to fool around with it. oh yeah and batt has went bad,am hoping that I can replace hoses and clean carb and fire it up. It is a 1PE41QMB,carb up front, pipe in back and plug on top of motor.I was told it had carb problems, bike has sat for a long time under a side shelter of barn for about a year after they tried to" fix it".The hoses and vac lines crumbled, bike has 7 hundred some thing on it.My first thought is cheap hoses leaking, dirty carb-no filter on it and operator malfunction. If it's the 1PE41QMB then it's the vertical engine, not the Minarelli and the oil pump will be driven off the rear wheel. If it's the 1PE40QMB then, yes, the oil line will run to the pump driven off the flywheel.
